• 2. Receive Your Textbook Rentals

  To ensure the best experience possible, all of our textbook rentals are backed by our 30 day Extra Mile Guarantee. All rentals are shipped via USPS or UPS with order tracking and are shipped out within 48 hours of order placement.

• 3. Return Your Textbooks

  Return your textbook rentals back to us for free with a prepaid shipping label from the USPS. All you have to do is log into Your Account, print out your packaging slip and prepaid shipping label, and drop your package off at your local post office. Just follow the steps below.
  • 1. Print your Prepaid Packaging Slip and Shipping Label

    • Log into Your Account and click "Return Books" under your textbook rental order and you will be able to print out your Prepaid Shipping Label & Packaging slip.

  • 2. Package your Return

    • Pack your books tightly and securely in a box or a padded envelop with your packaging slip.
    • Seal the box.
    • Tape your prepaid shipping label securely on the outside of your package.

  • 3. Ship your package at the Post Office

    • Bring the package to any Post Office. Shipping is FREE! Locate Closest Post Office

You can choose how soon you would like to receive your order. Once the order has been processed, all textbook rentals are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex. You can select Ground, 2nd day, or even next day if available.

Yes! Log into Your Account, find your rental order, and click "Extend Rental". From there you will be shown the price, and given options to extend your rental.

You may purchase any rentals you received from us. Simply log into your account, find the rental order by number, and click "Purchase Rental". You will be shown the price ValoreBooks.com will pay for your textbooks.

As a courtesy to future students, we kindly ask that you please avoid writing or excessive highlighting in the rented textbooks, so that future students can receive the same great quality textbooks that you did.

If excessive highlighting and side notes are important for you, please purchase your rentals by following the steps outlined above.

All rentals must be postmarked by their return date. If they are not, you will be charged an automatic 15 day extension.

If you do not return the textbooks and do not pay your extension fees, your account will be sent to a collections agency.

Please note that at anytime if you need more time with your textbooks, you can log into Your Account and extend your rental period. If you have any further questions please contact us.
