Took 2.5 weeks to ship my expedited order, then didn't refund shipping. Appallingly rude when I inquired about my order. Valorebooks needs to drop this seller - won't be coming back.

Paid for expedited shipping and book has not arrived after 8 days; I received no e-mail confirmation of shipping other than an update on my order contrary to info on the website.
The book not only did not come within 4 days (expedited) but it took over 10 days!!
Fast customer service , I ordered wrong book and ask seller to cancell my order he refunded me full amount.
