Never got it and never got my money back...thanks for not responding to my emails or phone calls. I have reviewed you on line negatively on as many sites as I could find
book arrived on time, but it was soft cover instead of hardcover
The book was in excellent condition, it also had many USED stickers on the outside as indicated.
Book was not described as Instructor's Edition MISLEADING advertising. Do not trust!

It is the last day of the expected shipment date and I still have not received my book. I need this book for a very important class and am so behind in reading because it has not arrived yet.
