I ordered the regular 8th edition and it had the ISBN listed as such in the description and when i received the book it was the International Version, which i didnt need for my class.

I paid for expedited service. The book was not shipped and I Valore (or maybe the vendor) did not notify me of the issue. This put me way be in the class. Valore did refund promptly when notified.

I ordered the book heard nothing for a couple of weeks got no confirmation email for the order then you cancelled the order without letting me know. I bought the book elsewhere.

I ordered this book from the website. Then, a couple days later, the order was cancelled saying that the book was not in stock.

Book was brand new and still shrink-wrapped. However, title was misleading. This was an international edition but did not come with a Connect code as stated. There should have been a disclaimer that is was not included. (Other sellers were specific on this point.) I was given a full refund including my expedited shipping fees very quickly after the returned book was received.

As promised

book was once again, just like order before it, was wrong edition once it arrived than what it said on website.

Thanks for the bargain, please leave tables of contents in book. Otherwise, great.
