The book was beat up but useable. Only bothered that the CD was missing. Messaged to ask and no one responded. That is my only complaint. Perhaps no one bothered because I had already paid.

I still have not recived my book and I have contacted customer service twice about this and have not been contacted. I am frustrated and disappointed with this shopping experience.

Never received order. Paid for expedited shipping as well. Contacted seller 12/20/130, it's now 1/4/14 and still no reply.
