Tried to return the way I was told to by you and my book was compromised during transit and now I won't be refunded and nor will USPS refund me.
Wish you had a bit of a faster shipping option but otherwise i was pretty happy you had this book for much much cheaper than chegg and amazon.

Book in great shspe, but will pay better attention to shipping (& how to change). The book took 10 days to reach me.....10 days that I could do nothing with the online class.
Book in pretty good shape but was very pleased it included all of the disks!
Did not receive, still waiting and class starts in a few days, have to buy a new one
