You have been slow to respond to questions regarding getting the item.

It's been 4 weeks and I still do not have the book. The seller said it got lost in transit and sent a second copy. Still have not received it. and they do not give any tracking information

NEVER BUY FROM THEM. At least I'm getting a refund.

Marketplace seller did not shipped the book but send me shipping email. After 4/5 weeks, I figure it out that they lie. I got the refund from Valorebooks though.

Terrible customer service...you have to beg for updates...never even got what I ordered...DO NOT waste your time here!!!

Horrible! It has been several weeks and still no book. The seller will not reply to my messages questioning where my book is that I PAID for! Valore Books is very unhelpful as well!
