Still waiting for refund....

I paid for expedited shipping but my order was not expedited. I requested a refund on the extra shipping charge and was denied. I will not place another order & shared my experience with others.

It wasn't exacially what I wanted but it will do.

Arrived in FANTASTIC Condition within 3-5days! WONDERFUL!

They charge me right away when I placed the order but next day they send me email that this book is out of stock. So they cancel my order but it took few weeks to get my money back.

I needed the my math lab code and this did not come with it. I returned the book and i still have not received any info about a refund. It's taking forever for them to process so I'm a little upset.

I needed to have Mathlab access and was unalbe yo get with this book

I ordered a book and requested expedite service and it did not come on time. I returned the book which did not include the cd with it more than two weeks ago and still have not received my full refund

The book was delivered promptly. Book is in pretty good condition.

I specifically requested the loose-leaf version & was sent the hardback text. This is NOT what I had wanted, & have yet to hear back from this company regarding my previous feedback comment.
