I canceled but they didn't refund to me and also they never sent the book to me

I ordered the principles of physics " 5th " edition. It clearly shows the photo on the confirmation email receipt. When I received the book it was a physics calculus based " India " edition.

Book received per my order in good condition, I am pleased with the overall service and delivery process!

Book arrived somewhat on time. It was new as described but the packaging was not good and the book got scrunched on the cover. Now even if I want it will be hard to resell it.

Never received the book. Was given no tracking information. Was told I couldn't contact them until 14 full days later to see where my package was. Was given a refund thankfully.

I never got the book or my money back.

They were so helpful and took care of my problem right away.

After waiting over3 weeks and attempting multiple times to contact the seller to figure out where my book was, I finally gave up and canceled my order to receive a refund and order it from elsewhere.

Terrible!!!! contacted seller 4x and never heard back. NO REFUND! I NEVER even received the book!!!11

The book was never received, I am expecting a complete refund of all charges.

I was sent the wrong item. This seller is deceptive and won't even give you a tracking number when the book is shipped. I better get my refund!!!
