Shipping time was good but I have returned it and have not received refund

Never received my book in the mail.

Sent the completely wrong book. The advertised book had the right ISBN but the one I received was not at all the right one.

I have not even received my book yet and it has been over 1 month since my order. Did you even send the book? Very displeased.

claimed my order was cancelled for unknown reason. Never recieved my book, had to track this down myself, reading assigments are behind. Very unhappy with Velore, had to reorder from CHEGG

Item canceled without notice. I was waiting for it. Luckily I check and track things I buy. Not happy at all.
