I received was a counterfeit copy. The book looks exactly the same, but the online access key provided doesn't work. I got in touch with "The Bluebook" and they confirmed that I purchased a fake copy

The seller did not communicate at all and took over 10 days to even begin to shipping the package. It wasn't until I wrote asking where my package was that the seller began the process of shipping it.

Took a long time to get here but good price and exactly what I ordered.

Great condition and arrived ahead of time, which made it helpful to have on time for class.

Communication: trash. On time: nope. Silver lining: can tell other not to order from here and avoid them next time.

Took more than 20 days to receive the order. Looks like seller forgot to ship it. He shipped only after I contacted and asked when will my order be shipped which was almost 18 days AFTER ordered

Terrible experience. Ordered a month ago, cancelled when they hadn't shipped a week after purchase, they still shipped 5 days later, shipment was refused but still no reply and no refund 2 weeks later

Order was placed aug 7th. Was originally told would come by aug 23. Hadn’t even shipped by then. Cancelled order

The shipping is really horrible. Never accept the standard shipping day otherwise you will regret it

Haven’t used the book yet, but it came in good condition.
