Never received book. Is it still on it's way? If not, can I get my money back?

I made a mistake and ordered three of the same book and the seller was nice enough to remove one book from the order. My problem is that I had to pay full shipping on each of two very thin paper books - there is no way it would cost $8 to ship. The books were in very nice shape
