OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND U.S. TERRITORIES, EXCLUDING NEW YORK, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND AND UTAH, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD (19 years old for residents of Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years old for residents of Mississippi and Puerto Rico) AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY AND CURRENTLY MEET ALL ELIGIBLITY REQUIREMENTS.

SPONSOR and ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor of the promotion is ValoreBooks.com ("Sponsor"). The administrator of the promotion is ValoreBooks.com ("Administrator"). Administrator will conduct the promotion as described in these Official Rules. By participating in the promotion each entrant agrees as follows:

ENTRY PERIOD: The promotion begins at 9:00 AM PST on October 16th, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on November 13th, 2013.

HOW TO ENTER: Participants must "like" ValoreBooks Facebook page and submit a photo to enter. A participant can upload up to 15 photos. Photos may not include any illegal substances and/or nudity. Valorebooks will approve the photo before uploading it to the voting page.

HOW TO VOTE: Participants can vote on their favorite photos on the ValoreBooks Facebook Page. Each Facebook user may vote once per day.

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: You may also enter the contest by mailing a photo with your name, phone and email address to: ValoreBooks.com Best College Moment Photo Contest, c/o ValoreBooks.com 268 Summer Street Suite 502 Boston, MA 02210. Mailed entries must be postmarked during the Promotional Period to be included within the random drawing. A participant can send up to 15 photos. Each photo will be scanned and uploaded to Facebook for voting. Photos may not include any illegal substances and/or nudity. Valorebooks will approve the photo before uploading it to the voting page.

If you enter the promotion under false contact information, as determined by the Administrator, will be disqualified and ineligible to win the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation or conduct of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, or modify the promotion if it cannot be conducted or completed as planned, for any reason. If the promotion is cancelled, modified, or suspended, notice will be posted.

Promotion sponsor, affiliates and employees and any entity involved in the production, administration, judging or fulfillment of the promotion including, without limitation, the immediate family members and/or those persons living in the same household of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the promotion.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One iPad Air.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning this Promotion will vary and depend on the number of eligible entries received.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winner will be announced on or around November 13th, 2013. The photo with the most votes at the end of the contest will win the iPad Air . The winner will be selected by Administrator, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the promotion and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: Qualifying, unofficial winners will be notified by either email, or phone. Winner must meet all eligibility requirements before being announced as the official winner. Return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Administrator to contact and hear back from a potential winner within forty-eight (48) hours of selection, may result in disqualification of such potential winner, and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at Administrator's discretion. In the event a winner declines a prize, Administrator may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing. Administrator will mail the prize within 30 days of the official notification of winning, to the address on record.

PUBLICITY, PRIVACY & PRIZE NOTIFICATION: By submitting a photo, entrant grants the Administrator worldwide, royalty-free permission to use the photo on the ValoreBooks.com website. Entrants waive any and all claims and/or rights to receive any royalties or other compensation for the Administrator's use thereof, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the Administrator may disclose to third parties all personal information obtained from entrants and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

GENERAL: The promotion is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America. The submission of an entry is the responsibility of the entrant. Only eligible entries received within Entry Period will be included in the prize drawing. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an online entry occurs when a photo submitted on Facebook or Administrator receives a photo to the address provided in these Official Rules. Promotion Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, unclear, incomplete, misdirected or ineligible entries, which will be disqualified, or for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the promotion. Any person attempting to defraud Administrator or Sponsor or in any way tamper with, damage or undermine the operation of the promotion will be disqualified and may be subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Entrants agree to hold harmless the promotion Sponsor and Administrator is not responsible for all injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or relating to participation in the promotion, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize that may be awarded, including, without limitation, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or other damages.

DISCLAIMERS: (a) Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as (depending of method of entry) either the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, or an online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. (b) Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. (c) Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. (d) Sponsor Entities are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Promotion, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this Promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. (e) SPONSOR ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS PROMOTION OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
