How do I confirm my order(s)?
Marketplace Sellers must confirm their orders on our website to fully process the transaction. To confirm an order please:
- Log into your ValoreBooks.com Bookseller Account.
- Click on "Orders Pending" on the left of the screen.
- Select the appropriate order(s) by clicking the check box to the left of the order.
- Click "Confirm Selected" to confirm your order(s).
- Your customer will be automatically sent an Order Shipped E-mail 24 hours after you have confirmed your order.
*Once you have confirmed the order , the order will no longer appear under "Orders Pending".
