U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Scientific Panels Assessment of Fish and Wildlife Mitigation Guidance

There are concerns about the possible negative impacts that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' (CE) construction of water resources projects may have on fish & wildlife & their habitat.
