Greg is having a tough time getting over his brother's death. Three flashback vignettes show their sometimes feisty but always friendly relationship during the past few years. First, Greg tells Jeff about his upcoming marriage. The second scene shows them interacting about Greg's soon-to-be father status. Third, Greg reacts to the news that his brother has cancer. The scene shifts to the present. Greg's wife comes in pleading with Greg to get over his loss and get on with his life. But Greg is stuck in sadness and despair.
