Measuring Up

In this mime, a boy discovers early in life what others think of him. His friends don't let him play with them-he doesn't "measure up." They show this by pulling out measuring tapes and leaving them around his neck. When he goes home as a teenager, his family intimidates him with their measuring tapes. As he grows older, he can't seem to keep up with peers at work. Finally he is ready to hang himself with the tapes he's collected over the years, but God breaks through. God tells him that someone else has already measured up for him-Jesus died so he wouldn't have to keep trying to make the grade.
