I read this book for a self directed leadership course through the L.I.F.E. Leadership organization. It is part of their top 5 books which focus on people skills and positive thinking.

This book is all about breaking down the barriers in our mind that keep us from achieving everything we can and want to in life. It is a great book because it uses stories to illustrate the points, so it is easy and fun to read and understand. It has certainly helped me to pursue my dreams and goals rather than assume they can't be done.
