Japanese Female Professors in the United States

Much has been written on the similarities between Canada, Australia and other Westernized English colonies in terms of the representation of Indigenous identity in fiction by white writers. This study addresses some very specific textual responses to this use of the indigene” by authors who are not from mainstream Anglo culture.
