Corporate Governance and International Business

Roger Strange is Senior Lecturer in Economics at King's College London, UK. His current research focuses on the effects of corporate governance on foreign direct investment decisions, the determinants of MNE subsidiary location, and the effects of location on competitiveness. He has been a Visiting Professor at Osaka and Kobe Universities in Japan, and at Nankai and Shanghai Jiao Tong Universities in China. Gregory Jackson is Reader in Comparative Management and Strategy at King's College London, UK. He received his PhD from Columbia University, USA.
