Comparison of Infrared and Millimeter-Wave Imager Performance in Adverse Weather Conditions

This report compares the performance of infrared and millimeter-wave imagers in various weather conditions (rain, fog, clouds, and, to a lesser extent, snow). It then examines how often these weather conditions occur each season at selected areas around the world.
