Since his retirement from a career in sales, he has pursued writing, his lifetime avocation and love. A native Kentuckian with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisville, he and Nancy, his wife of forty seven years, live in northwest Michigan and southern Florida.Terri Haugen has been a professional artist since adolescence. She is known primarily for her fine art batiks. Her work has graced the covers of Readers Digest and Yankee magazine. Prolific in wildlife and domestic renditions, illustrating children's books is a secret passion. Recently, this self-taught creative force has won honors in such diverse media as acrylic painting, mixed media, collage, and quilting.
