Best Practice in Business Advisory, Counselling and Information Services

This handbook is the second of a series of publications (Best Practice in Enterprise Development) designed to promote entrepreneurship in small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) throughout UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) member states. It contains examples of best practice in the provision of business advisory, counselling and information services in the region, and seeks to determine the conditions needed to ensure the sustainability of these institutions.
