Edith Stein: A Radiant Presence

Edith Stein was a teacher, a student, a doctor, and a nun. Raised in a Jewish family, Stein converted to Catholicism as an adult. She was killed at Auschwitz because of her Jewish heritage. In October of 1998, she was canonized by the Catholic Church.
