Dr. Chen-Young began his career with the World Bank in 1966, and then moved into senior management positions in Jamaica at the Development Finance Corporation, Lai Corporation, and Workers Savings and Loan Bank. He started his own business in 1975 with an economic and financial consulting firm, Chen-Young Assoc., followed by the stock-broking firm, Paul Chen-Young and Co. Dr. Chen-Young has received many awards for his contribution to Jamaica’s development.
