Still Too Young

This group of poems collected for my second book is about having truly been in love. Wanting to have stayed in that state of mind but couldn’t, I realize it takes two people to make a couple last. This collection contains feelings until now I’ve only shared with the person or persons I was having these feelings for. While my family knew I wrote poetry, only a few have actually read most of it. They may be surprised just how many poems are here and are still to be published. It is a continuation of my first book, When I Was Young. There were times and troubles I didn’t think as a young person I could get through. I had to make my own decisions, some good, some bad, but I alone made them. Writing has always been easy for me to do; I just put the words on paper.
