Honoured Members

In 1945, the Hockey Hall of Fame began inducting the game's superstars into its pantheon of greats. Among that first group were legends One-Eyed Frank McGee, Georges Vezina, and Lord Stanley of Preston. Since then, every player who has made a tremendous contribution to the game has been so honoured, from Maurice Richard to Johnny Bower to Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux.
