Historical Dictionary of Djibouti

Daoud Aboubaker Alwan was born and raised in Djibouti, where he currently works as a consultant for the U.N. Development Program. He has studied history and political science, and has worked as a journalist, a history teacher, and researcher at the Institut Superieur d'Etude et de Recherche Scientifiques et Technologiques. He has published a number of articles on the history of Djibouti and the Horn of Africa Yohanis Mibrathu was born and raised in Djibouti. After studying English at the University of Provence, he taught both English and French at various public and private institutions in Djibouti, including the Centre de Formation Administrative and the Centre Regional Interlinguistique. He has also worked as an interpreter at the International Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Djibouti.
