Richard D. Lamm is codirector of the Institute for Public Policy Studies at The University of Denver and the former three-term governor of Colorado. Selected as one of TIME magazine's 200 Young Leader's of America in 1974, Lamm is both a lawyer, having worked for several years as a civil rights attorney, and a certified public accountant.
