Jack Engler is clinical director of the Schiff Psychiatric Day Treatment Center of Cambridge Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a supervising psychologist on the faculty of Harvard Medical School. A field editor of the Journal of Transpersonal Psychology, he has studied Buddhist psychology and meditation for many years. Daniel P. Brown is director of psychology training and clinical services and director of behavioral medicine at Cambridge Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
