Review of Maritime Transport

Prepared by the secretariat of the UN Conference on Trade and Development, this publication identifies the main developments in world maritime transport, and presents relevant statistical data. It focuses on the maritime transport in developing countries as compared with other groups of countries, and highlights the links between the development of global trade and maritime transport activities. This edition contains a special chapter on the regional developments in trade and transport networks in East Asia.
