Relax You Are Going to Die

Paul de Haas was born in Amsterdam in 1945. After attending college in the Netherlands where he majored in economics, languages (he speaks five) and psychology. Paul lived in France and Italy for a couple of years prior to moving to the United States in 1970. From an early age on, Paul has always been fascinated with the big philosophical questions. He has read all the major philosophers and has studied the core principles of the major religions. He also studied para-psychology at the university of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Upon arrival in San Francisco in 1970 he participated in the consciousness movement by participating in and teaching a variety of programs. For a career he chose to be a business consultant and since 1974 Paul has worked with over 100,000 individuals and hundreds of organizations world-wide guiding them in creating their futures. He has found a home with a cutting edge consulting firm, Generative Leadership Group (http://www.glg.net/), where he works as a senior consultant with their clients in the areas of team building and co-creation, cross-functional communication, strategic design and implementation, breakthrough project design, conflict resolution, leadership development and executive coaching. Paul is also one of the people who trains other consultants. In his spare time Paul enjoys reading and writing. After 36 years of working with individuals and organizations, Paul asserts that the single most useful principle he realized is: that each and every person has something to contribute and wants to be heard and very few people are listening.
