I wrote this book for the folks in the "over 50 crowd," because as we all know, we spend more "quality time" than we'd like to in the bathroom. Sometimes, nature calls, sometimes, we just require some quiet time, due to whatever else is "erupting" in the rest of the house, and the bathroom is the only room that only has "seating for one," and affords us a "little me time" to take a few breaths, count to ten or one thousand, whatever the occasion calls for.
