He lives in Oakville, Ontario Scott J. Edgett is CEO and cofounder of the Product Development Institute and an associate professor of marketing at McMaster University. Coauthor, with Robert Cooper, of Product Development for the Service Sector and a noted speaker and consultant worldwide, he lives in Ancaster, Ontario Elko J. Kleinschmidt is a professor of marketing and international business and director of the engineering and management program at McMaster University. An expert on new product development, he has written over 60 research publications and lectures and consults around the world.
