Organizational Behavior Challenges in the Global Environment of the 21st Century

Karlene Roberts is currently a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Haas Business School at UC Berkeley. She received her BA from Stanford University and her PHD at UC Berkeley. She has taught at Haas since 1968 and has been awarded with numerous teaching awards and research grants. Her work has been published in many academic journals including Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Dynamics, and Organizational Science. Her current research and interests include organizational behavior, and the design and management of organizations and systems of organizations in which error can have catastrophic consequences.
