Orbs of the Oracle

Ron Whiteis has had a passion for writing since he was a young man. He has written numerous short stories and poems, some of which have been printed in his college's literary publication. His interests also include ancient history and archeology. The background of his novel, The Orbs of the Oracles, was influenced by this passion. He extends this fascination of classical history in the collecting of ancient Roman and Greek coins. He also is an avid reader of military history, from the warfare of Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, and up to World War II. He has concluded that there is nothing more fascinating than actual history. He resides in Overland Park, KS with his wife Jill.
