New Directions in Quantum Chromodynamics Seoul and Kyungju, Korea, May-June 1999

The main purpose of this conference was to survey the new directions for solving QCD strong interaction problems and apply various approaches to the hadron physics where abundant experimental data are available. The world experts in theory and experiment presented the most recent development on diverse topics.
