Robert N. Lussier is a professor of management at Springfield College and has taught management for more than 25 years. He has developed some innovative and widely copied methods for applying concepts and developing skills that can be used in one's personal and professional life. He was the founding director of Israel Programs and taught courses in Israel. Other international experience includes Namibia and South Africa. Dr. Lussier is a prolific writer, with over 290 publications to his credit.
