Eric Kudimi received his first aeronautical degree in 1986 from Mountain View College in Dallas, Texas, and in 1997 completed his Doctorate from Pacific Western University in California, with a major in Aviation Management and Technology. He currently holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with a B-737 type rating, a Flight Instructor Certificate with CFII, MEI (Gold Seal) ratings, and a Ground Instructor Certificate with Basic, Advanced, and Instrument ratings. Since 1984 he has served the Aviation Community in various capacities: from flight and ground instructor to chief flight instructor, and from line captain to chief pilot. He has flown for flight schools, charter companies, commuters and major airlines for domestic and international operations. In addition, he has been instrumental in helping several aviation companies develop and construct their operations and training manuals. Today, while teaching and writing, he continues to act as chief pilot, flight and ground instructor, and international aviation consultant.
