The main topic of this book is unconventional superconductors which include the metal hydrides, organic superconductors, graphite and other carbon-based systems. Graphite and carbon-based materials are currently considered most intriguing in that they show both superconductivity (including the possibility of high or even extra high temperature superconductivity) and magnetism and they are of considerable topical interest.
