Ian Peach is the Director of the Saskatchewan Institute for Public Policy. He has been involved in numerous intergovernmental negotiations, including the Charlottetown Accord, the Calgary Declaration, the Social Union Framework Agreement, First Nation self-government agreements, and the Canada-Saskatchewan Northern Development Accord.
