Ken Norris is a lecturer in ecology and conservation at the University of Reading. His research interests include exploring the links between animal decision-making and the population dynamic consequences of those decisions, and avian conservation. He is joint editor of the Journal of Animal Ecology, and an editorial board member of Bird Study Deborah J.
