Barefoot Conquistador

A biography of an extraordinary Spanish explorer, Cabeza de Vaca (1490-1557), who was shipwrecked off the coast of Florida in 1527, lived with the local natives for many years and made a long trek through the American Southwest, the first European to do so, to Spanish Mexico.
