Terrible experience. I needed a book by a certain time, so I expedited it... never came, so I emailed them asking for shipping information, and they said they couldn’t find it. Don’t waste your time.

I received the book without the access code that it was claimed to have, I haven't gotten any notifications on the book that I sent back. Its been a month or more and haven't received a refund yet.

Never received my book. Had to cancel the order and purchanse somewhere else.

Quick delivery; quality was better than expected--almost like new.

Never received this book. Tried to contact the seller and did not get anything resolved: they said they would look into it, haven't had a response from them in quite some time.

It arrived exactly as advertised.

I had to buy the book elsewhere because I did not receive it on time. I ordered before 1pm CST and was told that the book would ship the next day, but it is expected to be delivered Jan 20!

The book was an expensive book and was received with a bent edge which will more than likely impact resale. More care should have been taken to package the book to avoid damage.
