Never received product after waiting a month and was never contacted finally had to contact Valore and they said the order was cancelled because it wasn't in stock and now I have to wait for a credit after waiting a month for the book! Will not order from you again.

I never received the order. This was a Christmas present so I was left scrambling to find a gift to replace this. Out of the blue, I received a credit with no explanation. Horrible service.
