I have not received the book that I purchased over a month ago. I had to drop my class because of it. I have requested a refund twice and have not heard anything back. I will dispute with credit card

I waited two weeks to find out that the seller never even shipped the book. I will no longer do business with Valore books when they keep sellers like this. This person has multiple negative reviews.

Never received my books and they never answered any of my requests to inquire about where my book is.

A very unsatisfactory experience. The product was not what was mentioned on website. The book came without the CD and seller didn't respond despite my emailing multiple times.

I have emailed twice requesting tracking and have NOT received a response or a book! We expected it last week! Please refund in FULL immediately.

I would continue to buy from this seller. They responded quickly to my refund request and they cancelled my order with no problem. I am very pleased with how efficient they are.

I so appreciated the fact that the seller helped me when I needed to change shipping to expedited after I mistakenly chose standard. I took a huge worry off of my mind.
