Positive and negative. Book arrived great condition but it took a very long time. I had to ask my professor for an extension on an activity due that required using the book.

it was in great condition but my main concern was the prepu code that comes with the book. (at least in our school book store) never got a response. emailed twice. returning book ASAP! VERY ANNOYING!
