This Seller is AWESOME! I paid $5 for this book! It only had light wear and tear marks and a light wet smell no rips though. No highlights or anything. Basically almost new!

My book supposedly shipped two days ago. When I check the tracking number, it says USPS still has not yet received the package. Emailed Joan regarding this issue and inquired about a refund.

I did not receive the access code with this book, in which I do need it for my class. iIf you could send me one through email it would bee appreciated or else I would like a refund!

Books description stated water damage which I didn't mind but it actually smells like cat urine and has a funky color to it. Water damage is one thing, but cat urine smells toxic. Honesty please.

Will never use Valore again. Terrible experience. I sent this book back, but forced to pay for purchase. What a scam.
