Purchased book and it was delivered very quickly. Not a rental, so can't review how rental process goes. But book was much cheaper here than on any of the other sites (many) I checked.

Awesome speedy delivery. A pleasure dealing with them. Book was perfect and came with all of the codes.

I received an email saying that I recieved my book. Sure have NOT! Furthermore, I have not even reveived tracking info! And there is no way to get in contact with them and Valore is no help!

I never received the book. I ordered 7 books and this is the only one I did not receive. I need it for my Demonstration Project to complete my Dmin studies.

Tried to use this seller for the first time. Did not respond back to multiple emails regarding my order. Contacted seller before book shipped informing them I no longer need, but they shipped anyway.
