Promt shipping with book in perfect condition.
Great condition, reliable
Took way too long to get book. I paid for expedited shipping, thought it would only take 3-5 days, took at least 10 days. Won't do that again when on a time crunch.
The book was exactly as described (i.e. "new") and was shipped out/delivered on time. The price was excellent.
the item was listed as being in stock charged my credit card and then I received an email saying it shipped, and then two days later I received another email stating the item was not in stock.
Book was out of stock online so I had to buy it at the college bookstore for $75.
